Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

Clause 1 Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between gasia88 ("Platform", "we") and any individual ("User", "you") who registers, accesses or uses any service offered through the gasia88 website.

By registering an account or continuing to use this platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use gasia88 services.

Clause 3 Account Registration and Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, correct and current information including:

• Correct date of birth.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. It is recommended that you use a strong password and change it regularly. gasia88 will not be held responsible for any losses suffered as a result of a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

Clause 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

gasia88 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The general terms for financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in the same user's name.
• Withdrawals to third parties or via a method different from the deposit method are not permitted.

gasia88 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction deemed to require further verification. Withdrawal requests not accompanied by the required documents within the specified period may be delayed or rejected.

Clause 5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

gasia88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend an account if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or any form of system manipulation.

Clause 6 Game Rules

All games available on the gasia88 platform are operated using a certified and independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in every game round. Game results are final unless a proven technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, gasia88 will work to resolve any disputes based on server records. Bets placed before the disruption will be returned if the outcome cannot be determined with certainty.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are subject to the respective game rules.
• The use of automated software (bots) or any tool that assists in placing bets automatically is strictly prohibited.
• Results displayed on screen are final and binding once a game round has fully completed.
• gasia88 reserves the right to void bets placed during a system disruption or pricing error.

Clause 7 Accepted User Conduct

All users of the gasia88 platform are required to behave respectfully and responsibly in every interaction on this platform. This includes interactions with customer service, live casino sessions, and any chat functions provided.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Directing threats, offensive language, or harmful content at any party.
• Sharing account login details with other individuals.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Taking any action that could compromise the integrity or security of the platform's systems.

Clause 8 Account Closure and Restriction

gasia88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account immediately without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Registration by an ineligible individual, including minors.

Clause 9 Limitation of Liability

• User errors in entering account or transaction information.

The gasia88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty. The maximum extent of gasia88's liability to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
